Two Month Letter

Coleman boy,

You made it to two months old! These first two months with you have literally flown by! Cooper recently started preschool and Milo has had a lot of doctor appointments lately, so I've really had to cart you around town all the time.  You have been handling it like a champ! Luckily, as long as you have your binky in your mouth, you're pretty happy in the car.

Remember how you like your bouncer? Well, we're currently trying to transition you to sleeping in your crib and it is NOT going well! You scream and scream and then you finally fall asleep but only sleep for 45 minutes or so before waking up again.  It's making the nights pretty long and difficult on all of us.  Just sleep, OK? I promise someday you'll look back and wish you would've slept as much as you could!

Your hairline.  It's the best.  You are completely bald on top and have the cutest little strawberry blonde mullet on the sides and in the back.  It might be my favorite thing about you right now, I love to stroke the soft bald top of you head!

You are definitely starting to find your voice, and by your voice I mean your crying voice.  You used to just sit around and be happy all the time - but lately you've really started to cry.  At first I thought something was wrong but turns out you're just colicky. With Milo as your older brother, who cried ALOT, I've learned how to deal with crying.  I'd prefer a baby that wasn't always crying, but even if you are I still think you're pretty fantastic!

Coleman boy, you're a fun one. I'm glad you're here!

Love,

Mom
